A private retreat of refined luxury.
Newport, RI
This private retreat is a refined expression of luxury and history – an extensive renovation of one of Newport’s oldest homes, originally built in 1714. A truly monumental project, the restoration adhered to the strict guidelines of the Newport Historical Society. The exterior was thoughtfully reimagined by Burgin Lambert Architects, while the interior design was led by Sarah Mellor of Chicago. CP Construction expertly coordinated every aspect of the build, ensuring both historical integrity and the homeowners’ vision were meticulously honored.
